	My client is looking for a chief planning engineer / planning manager for a £80m utilities project in Kent. The successful planner will be working for the utilities division of an established main contractor who has been in business for over 50 years. They operate in several different area's of the utilities sector, such as water distribution services, gas infrastructure services, as well as electrical and telecommunications' provision. They offer a structured career path, as well as an excellent internal promotion system to ensure your personal and professional development.
