Construction Project Manager - London - £65-75k

I am currently recruiting for a medium sized regional contractor who are looking to recruit an extremely experienced Project Manager to oversee education projects with a value of up to £50m. You will be based from their central London office but will be required to work on site at least 3 days a week.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for overseeing one of their up and coming educational projects based in the south east area. You will be responsible for providing live input into the tender before managing your project once live. As well as acting as an ambassador for the company, you will liaise with architects, engineers and clients. You will report to the Contracts Manager

You will boast a wealth of UK based construction experience, preferably with a history working for reputable contractors and with at least 3 years experience in a Projects Manager position. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget, and will have worked on similar scale educational projects.
