	Construction Senior Site Manager - London - £50-60k I am currently working on behalf of a large national contractor who is currently looking to recruit a senior site manager to work as second on site on a £3 million valued new build retail project. As the successful candidate you would be responsible for the daily running of any one of their up and coming projects worth up £10 million in value, working primarily in the retail, commercial and educational sectors so experience within these fields is expected. As well as this you will Manage subcontractors and ensure they are working safely and efficiently, with all trades co ordinated. Attend contract review meetings and present site overhead costs. Monitor and project overhead costs with the site surveyor. Prepare reports and attend progress meetings. Chair subcontract site meetings and produce meeting minutes. The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar role for a large contractor working on projects of a similar value. You will have excellent organisational skills and will be a natural communicator and motivator.
