| Position Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor Location Canning Town Salary Negotiable Daily or Hourly rates depending on the level of the relevant Quantity Surveyor experience of the applicant. Current rates vary from £250- £350 a day or an equivalent hourly rate. THIS VACANCY; Our client is a large contractor who requires a Quantity Surveyor to work on the Design & Build project based in Canning Town. The project which is valued at around £5.5m will be lasting around 81 weeks and pilling has recently commenced. Ideally you should have worked on Design & Build contracts before as Quantity Surveyor. Our client is considering applicants on a temp/perm basis. You will possess either a Degree or HNC and will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional site based commercial team. As the project's "number one" Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as a project Quantity Surveyor on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
