| Position Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor Location Hertfordshire Salary Negotiable Daily or Hourly rates depending on the level of the relevant Quantity Surveyor experience of the applicant. Current rates vary from £300- £380 p/day or an equivalent hourly rate. THIS VACANCY; This large contractor requires a freelance surveyor to add support to a £15m office development in South Mimms, Barnet. Your duties will be to work on sub-contract accounts and help out on the procurement for the project. You could be needed until the end of this year and follow up as the quantity surveyor on another project they have won in the area depending on performance. You must have worked as a quantity surveyor on a similar sized project. The Role - Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor, Contract Surveyor For this quantity surveyor position you must have at least 5 years UK quantity surveying experience and will have a recognised quantity surveying qualification. You must have worked on either new build or refurbishment contracts before as a quantity surveyor. If you have worked on Education projects this would be a benefit but not in any way essential.
