| Position Design Manager, Design Co-ordinator, Senior Design Manager, Project Design Manager Location North London Salary Negotiable Daily or Hourly rates depending on the level of the relevant Design Manager experience of the applicant. Current rates vary from £300-£340 p/day or an equivalent hourly rate. Company Fawkes & Reece Ltd THIS VACANCY; This well know top 10 contractor who have an excellent reputation in the industry require freelance Design Manager to add support to their current Design Management team on a £20m commercial project in Central London. The project is nearing completion and they require a Design manager who has Curtain Walling experience. For this Design manager vacancy the curtain walling experience does not have to be extensive but you must have been involved directly with that package on at least one other project. The project is a refurbishment of an existing building and has a very unique design. It is in the last third of programme and you will be required until completion in spring 2008.
