| SUB AGENT - LONDON - £35-45K + Package Our client a leading civil engineering main contractor in operation for over 40 years are known within the industry for their first class approach to their projects and for delivering these on time and on budget. They are specialists in the rail infrastructure sector, working on the biggest projects with the best people. Currently they are working on the Kings Cross Package 4 which will be an integral part of the 2012 Olympic games. They are looking for an experience sub agent who is confident and capable of working on infrastructure projects. As the sub agent on site you will: * Lead an engineering team to ensure work on the package is completed effectively and efficiently * Project manage works on your package and oversee staff to ensure a safe working place * Provide experienced support to the project director particularly in the area of design management * Be HND, HNC or degree qualified in civil engineering * Have worked on infrastructure projects with experience in reinforced concrete * Be an excellent communicator who is confident in dealing with 3rd parties Along with this you will enjoy working as part of a team, be able to work to strict deadlines and be confident to manage packages worth £10-15million. You will be supported by the project director who will assist you where necessary and further develop your management skills so as that you can progress further within the organisation.
