| Associate Building Services Engineer - Middlesbrough £45K+ About the Role: This is a leading role within one of our core professional disciplines and involves being a leading technical contributor with responsibility for providing direction, advice, mentoring and guidance for others. The role involves managing an important team of technical professionals and includes all people management responsibilities: recruitment and selection, coaching, performance management, organisational decision making. The role is responsible for recommending and assisting in the development of new offerings and making improvements to existing work practices. The position also has important project responsibilities including estimating the business impact of projects and clients, negotiating and managing risk, and interfacing at senior levels with our clients. About You: You will be a Chartered Building Services Engineer with experience in project management and planning. You will relish negotiating commercial, financial and contractual arrangements on behalf of the company and will have experience of change management at project level. You will anticipate business issues and developments in your own discipline and use this knowledge to focus work and drive improvements You will removes barriers to the successful implementation of good ideas and think 'outside the box' to avoid the constraints of conventional norms. You will achieve challenging business objectives by influencing stakeholders and resolving any conflicts. Using a broad external network of influencers within your industry sector or discipline, this will result in additional opportunities. | ||
