| Company Our client is highly skilled in project management of M&E building services installation. With a large staff of directly employed engineers our client offers a complete mechanical and electrical solution. The company has a turnover of £28 million and is looking to put key personnel in place to drive their business forward. The Role - Mechanical Project Engineer ·Ensure that all Contract Engineering functions are properly undertaken. ·Work within set financial budgets and financial targets for awarded contract. ·There is an estimating and design team in place so running the project from there onwards including client control, Procurement, snagging, O&M Manuals, final handover The Person ·Experience of contracting within the commercial, industrial, Health and Education ·Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, Installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to £1 million ·Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control Points of Attraction for the Role Excellent basic salary circa 40K, plus benefits HumRes is a leading recruitment consultancy operating specifically in the construction industry.
