| SENIOR SITE AGENT - STRUCTURES - £40-50K Our client have a multi million pound turnover due to their expertise and knowledge within the civil engineering sector. One of their specialist business arms provides highways provides a range of civil engineering services to both private and public sectors. Currently they are looking to employ a Senior Agent to their highways division to work on a £60million project which will involve the widening of two existing highways and the construction of bridges, a subway extension and significant earthworks. As the Senior agent you will: * Be able to run design and build contracts up to £10million * Produce and monitor resource programmes and costings * Develop and sustain good working relationships with 3rd parties and employees * Manage and evaluate risk and opportunity * Represent the company on contractual issues * Develop and support employees under supervision * Be commercially aware * Excellent communicator capable of organising and running effective multi-party meetings You will have: * Worked with a main contractor * Rounded experience of structures, bridges or roadworks * A qualification in civil engineering * CSCS card * Current driving licence You will have shown progression throughout your career and have proven experience in working as part of a team and leading a team.
