| Quantity Surveyor's needed Freelance or Permanent vacancies!!! Covering the whole of the UK Package is negotiable Our client is one of the UK's leading construction companies and has been established for nearly a century. Over 75% of their revenue is through repeat business and they are heavily involved with formal framework alliances at values of around £100m. Due to consistent workload across their extremely prestigious and recognisable single and multi-site retail projects, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for leading the commercial function of one of the aforementioned retail projects. Although a retail background would be preferable, it is by no means essential. Design and Build or Estimating would also be fantastic, but again, not essential. Senior Quantity Surveyors must however, be able to turn budgets around very quickly.
