| Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor
A Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for a Commercial Management opportunity is required by a Main Contractor based in the Hertfordshire area to work on utilities and infrastructure projects
Remuneration:
Circa £55,000 per annum

The Client:
My client is a main contractor who is currently seeking a Commercial Manager to be based within their Hertfordshire office.
They have unrivalled depth of knowledge and experience in utility and infrastructure provision, maintenance and operation.
Their turnover is over £400 million and they are proud to hold the best safety record in the business.
The project:
The project is a 5 year framework with a guaranteed turnover of £8million and involves the construction of sub stations. It will involve pilling work, concrete foundations, and construction of high voltage electrical equipment
The successful Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager will be working in a team of 40 and be a senior figure within it. This is a very autonomous role that will include the responsibility of overseeing 3-4 counties including: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and the north of London.
Requirements:
BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or related subject will be advantageous
Ideally 10years+ of Quantity Surveying experience
Will consider Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step into Commercial Management
Utilities or Civils project experience is essential
