| Project Quantity Surveyor - Civils/Water/Utilities
A Project Quantity Surveyor is required by our client to work on a utilities contract based near Sutton Coldfield.
The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of:
Up to £35,000 per Annum
Industry leading Car or Car Allowance
Pension Scheme
BUPA Health Care
The Role
Our client is operating on the Seven Trent Framework and they are currently dealing with the repair and maintenance contracts.
The current contract is valued at £45m and is due to run until 2010, with an option to extend beyond this time period.
The role will involve being based 3 days a week in the contract office near Sutton Coldfield and 2 days on the sites around Birmingham, South Staffordshire and South East Shropshire.
