| Project Quantity Surveyor - £15m Refurbishment contract
A Project Quantity Surveyor is required by our client to work on a central Birmingham hotel refurbishment contract valued at £15m.
The ideal candidate can expect a salary in the region of:
Up to £45,000 per annum depending upon experience
Car or Car Allowance
Pension Scheme
BUPA Health Care
Project Bonus Scheme
The Role:
This position is to join an existing team of 4 surveyors (reporting to the Senior QS on site) on site in central Birmingham.
The contract commenced at the end of 2007 and is due to run for the next 12 months.
So what are they looking for?
- Capable of managing multiple sub-contract packages.
- Have experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
- Traditional and D&B experience.
Our client is happy to consider any application from a candidate who can demonstrate relevant experience in other Quantity Surveying sectors.
