| Senior Estimator - Solihull
An Estimator is urgently required by our client to work on a range of construction schemes from their office near Solihull
The ideal Quantity Surveyor can expect a salary in the region of:
Up to £58,000 per annum depending upon experience
Car or Car Allowance
Pension Scheme
BUPA Health Care
Bonus Scheme
The Role:
Due to an unprecedented number of project wins our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to work out of their office near Solihull.
The work is mainly new build and refurbishment contracts within commercial, hotel, leisure and retail contracts. These projects are up to £35m in value.
Construction experience is essential for this position.
