| Senior Planner - Fit Out/Construction - London
The Client
Our client is a specialist contractor, specialising in fit out and refurbishment projects. They are involved with some of the biggest construction projects in London and are constantly growing due to new project wins. Clients include major retailers, blue chip companies and PFI.
The Role
They currently require an experienced planner to join their Central London based team. The successful candidate will be working on various fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to £50 million. Duties will include:
- Liaising with senior staff, clients and sub contractors
- Managing a small team of planners
- Creating and updating programmes in Powerproject
Skills Required:
-At least 4 years construction/fit out planning experience.*
-Excellent communication skills.
-Proficiency in Powerproject is advantageous.
Remuneration
In return you will be offered up to £50,000 per annum + Car/Car allowance + benefits.
*Candidates with more or less years experience will be considered if they can prove they are suitable for the role.
