| Forensic Planner/ Delay analyst - Construction - Reading
Client
Our client are a specialist consultancy who provide QS, Planning and Project Management services to the construction industry. The majority of their work involves claims, Adjudication management and delay analysis as well as providing expert witnesses, contractual advice and legal support.
The Role
They currently have an opening for a senior claims consultant, based in Wokingham. The successful candidate will be working on various dispute resolutions and providing contractual support to a number of prestigious clients.
Ideally candidates will have:
- A strong construction/planning background.
- At least 2 years experience of claims/arbitration.*
- Excellent communication skills.
Remuneration
In return you will be offered up to £80,000 per annum + car/car allowance + benefits.
*Candidates with more or less years experience will be considered if they can prove they are suitable for the role.
