	Construction Site Manager - London - £40-50k My client is large nationally recognised contractor who specialise in education, commercial and healthcare projects up to a value of £150 million. They currently require an experienced and loyal Site Manager to join their team to be second on site on a £20 million valued education project based in Greater London. In the role you will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the day to day running of the site ensuring a high level of health and safety is maintained, cost and quality is controlled, ensuring sub contractors are managed in an orderly and efficient manner and any problems are resolved hassle free. You will come from a trades background, and will have a history of longevity with recognised contractors working on projects of a similar nature and value. You will have at least 5 years experience as Site Manager and will possess excellent organisational, motivational and communicational skills essential to be a success in this position.
