| Senior Planner / M&E Planner
A specialist M&E contractor requires a Senior Planner to join an exclusive residential new build scheme in Central London. Specifically, my client are in charge of fitting out the M&E aspects of 4 exclusive residential properties, worth several million pounds each.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
- Previous planning experience on M&E projects and good knowledge of general construction practices.
- Must have had some previous site experience in some form.
- Proficiency with Primavera or PowerProject software would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with subcontractors, clients, etc.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, you will be offered a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package, including company car, pension, health, etc.
