	Senior Quantity Surveyor. York. £37,000 + Bonus Our client is an established construction company with an increasing reputation for building quality around the North of England. They currently require a Quantity Surveyor to work with their growing team in York to help build on their continued success. Ideally qualified to HND/HNC or BSc degree level in construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of site budgets, valuations, sub-contract enquiries and payments as well as mentoring more junior Quantity Surveyors, along with procurement. As the successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills and have relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying role in a related sector. You will be self motivated and able to adopt a methodical approach to your workings on a variety of different construction projects.
