| Freelance Quantity Surveyor, Bristol. Competitive Rates. My client is a small to medium residential developer that builds to the highest standard and takes pride in their product. They are now actively seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor on a long term basis. The successful applicant will be able to manage costs on a wide variety of new build residential developments. You must also hold a HNC in an industry related subject such as building and construction or civil/structural engineering. RICS chartered is preffered but not essential.
