| Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Heathrow
My Client requires two Quantity Surveyors / Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to work on civils projects valued at £10m - £50m. The successful Quantity Surveyors / Intermediate Quantity Surveyors will be based in Heathrow.
Remuneration:
£30,000 - £40,000 depending on Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor experience

The Company and Job Role:
My client is one of the UK's largest consultancies, employing over 2,300 people within 46 offices in over 20 different countries around the world. The firm has worked on projects in more than 80 countries.
They work very closely with the one of the leading Construction Industry Clients, BAA, to provide the Cost Management function at Heathrow and T5.
The T5 Project is currently in the construction phase as well as the final account stage. This company is responsible for supporting the development of commercial strategies, procurement strategies and commercial targets for various sections of Heathrow, as well as being responsible for implementing the processes, procedures and tools to manage them with. Though T5 is slowing down there is another £2.5 billion worth of work at Heathrow and our client is responsible for the majority of the cost work.
Due to the size amount of work my client is looking to recruit at least two Quantity Surveyors / Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join their existing team at Heathrow. The successful Quantity Surveyors / Intermediate Quantity Surveyors will work within the infrastructure and pavements team working on civils work valued from £10m - £50m. The work includes runways, carparks, facades, and roads.
Skills/Background:
* PQS/Consultancy or Contractor background
* Preferably MRICS/MCIOB Qualified
* Smart and presentable with good all round communication skills
* Civils or Building experience
