| Quantity Surveyor - Rail - Excellent Benefits Package - London
My client are currently expanding their rail team in London and need a Quantity Surveyor. The successful Qunatity surveyor will be based in their Central London office will benefit from an unrivaled benefits package.
Location:
Central London
Salary for Quantity Surveyor:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Excellent benefits
The Client:
My client is an international firm of construction professional providing cost & management consultancy services in property and construction to a broad client base both in the UK and in Malaysia, Hong Kong and the USA. Their clients come from all sectors of the property construction and engineering industries and include property owned project teams and consultants contractors and sub contractors
My client are recognised as one of the leaders in the transport field; assisting clients such as London Underground, Railtrack and also specialist metro companies to deliver major capital expenditure programmes.
The Role:
They are currently expanding their rail team in London and need a Quantity Surveyor to work on either Rail, London underground or a large prestigious project such as the eastern line.
Working in a close team of Quantity Surveyors you will also benefit from a friendly working environment and also working from client offices.
Excellent Interpersonal and client facing skills are essential for this position as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:
- Ideally 3 - 7 years experience as a quantity surveyor in the UK
- MRICS desirable but by no means essential
- BSc minimum qualification
- Rail / Civils experience is beneficial
- Consultancy background is essential
