	Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost manager - T2 projects Ref:- HR3315 Remuneration: Up to £35,000 per Annum Car/Car Allowance Benefits The Client: Our client is without doubt one of the largest and most respected independent construction and management consultancies worldwide. They have been providing construction and management consultancy services for over 50 years and are currently still developing rapidly, and acquiring some of the most demanding and innovative private and public sector projects. Our client requires an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Cost manager to work on one of two T3 projects currently held. The Job: The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working as part of a BAA consultancy team at Terminal 3 on either the £112M Pier 6 Project or the £35M Arrivals Extension Project, currently held by our client. You will be undertaking all the commercial duties of the project whilst reporting to the senior Quantity Surveyor. Requirements: - BSc degree qualified - RICS or nearing completion of RICS qualification - 4-5 years experience of a mixed background; building, civils, fitout - Candidate to be a good team player, proactive and process driven Synopsis: This is an opportunity to work with a large company with a reputation for employing good quality people who work well in a team, on a large project at Heathrow T3.
