| Quantity Surveyor
My client is a national consultancy with over 40 offices in the UK. They require a Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Central London office.
Location: London City
Salary:
Around £40,000 per annum + Car + Benefits
The Client:
My client is one of the largest and most diverse property and infrastructure consultancies in the UK with over 40 offices, employing over 3000 people in a range of professions.
As a well respected, professional and fast growing business they have a reputation of recruiting only exceptional staff for its company. Due to recent business won and continued expansion, they are now seeking a quantity surveyor to join their construction team.
The Role:
The successful quantity surveyor will join the construction team based in my client's offices in London City. The position boasts the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors including leisure, health, industrial, commercial, and retail as well as the opportunity to become chartered.
With a reputation for working on some of the largest and most prestigious projects in the area, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from the £100m construction of a new office sky scraper to major refurbishment of schools.

Requirements:
* Ideally 4 years post qualification experience
* MRICS would be advantageous
* BSc Qualified in a related subject
* Ideally working with a top 20 consultancy within the UK
* Previous construction experience is essential
