| Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - West London - £45m project
My client requires an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work in west London, in the Rail sector. It is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor, benefiting from one of the best training schemes in the country as well as a fast track program.

My Client is at the forefront of construction and asset management with emphasis on high-caliber skills and a premier service.
Their portfolio includes some of the world's largest and most challenging construction projects, including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, The Thames Barrier, the Channel Tunnel, Hong Kong's new airport and the Tsing Ma Suspension bridge in Hong Kong.
Job:
My client is working on a £45m new London Underground station at White city/Hammersmith along side another main contractor.
The project started eight months ago and they have been working on the pilling and ground works. The next two years of project will be more building based and the work includes high spec cladding and M&E works.
My client has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on the procurement and eventually pre and post contract duties. The team has four other commercial staff and 43 staff based on the project and the environment offers a 'family' feel.
Requirements:
- Ideally 3-5 year UK Quantity Surveying experience
- Rail background preferable
- BSc or relevant construction qualification
- UK experience is essential
