| Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks - £45k
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor is required to work on multiple projects in and around the West London area
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in my client' offices in West London
The company:
Founded in 1987 my client has steadily grown from strength to strength over the last 19 years. Due to a recent influx of projects my client is in desperate need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Groundworks and/or RC framework experience.
The job:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on 3 or 4 projects simultaneously and handling work valued up to around £4million. Generally my client targets projects from £500,000 up to £10million however projects are normally valued at £1million - £3million.
You will be working 3 days on site and 2 days back in the office which will give the successful Quantity Surveyor a good scope of duties; this is a very traditional Quantity Surveying role which involves a lot of measuring/measurements
A candidate with previous Contractor experience (sub or main) will be looked upon favourably, but a candidate with groundworks and/or RC framework experience is desirable
Requirements: (apart from the above)
At least 7 years Quantity Surveying experience here in the UK
Remuneration:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits include a company car/car allowance, pension and private medical care
