| Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor-Excellent Opportunity
Location:
London (West/Central)
Remuneration:
£35,000 per annum plus a flexible benefits package

The job:
My client is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to work on large refurbishment projects to be based in Central London. The team currently consists of a mix of 16 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers
The work includes working on prestigious residential and commercial projects valued between £10 million - £12 million. As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to progress to a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager or alternatively develop your career into Project Management
Requirements:
* Professional Memberships are advantageous (RICS or CIOB)
* BSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction related subject
* 5+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience
* Consultancy/PQS background with experience working on construction and refurbishment projects
* Experience of JCT forms of contract is essential
