| Senior Quantity Surveyor - Station Refurbishment - Warrington An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor is required to join an existing commercial team based in Warrington The Opportunity The contracts involve a variety of contracts including station refurbishments, platform refurbishments, M&E contracts and associated construction/civils work The contracts are valued up to £10m per annum and the commercial manager is looking to expand the project workload over the next 12 months Remuneration Up to £45,000 per annum depending upon experience Industry leading Car Scheme or Car Allowance Pension Scheme BUPA Health Care Requirements A formal qualification (BSc or HNC/HND) would be a distinct advantage but is not essential The successful candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor ideally with a contractor background Our client is happy to consider any commercial experience Our client is ideally seeking a strong commercial candidate and has not specified a requirement for particular sector experience The Position Our client is looking for the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in the office in Warrington This role is to work with an existing commercial team of two (including a Commercial Manager and a Senior Quantity Surveyor) to work on a number of contracts within the rail sector Please call Stephan Dagher at Project Resource to discuss this role and other Quantity Surveying and Commercial positions.
