	Intermediate QS/Quantity Surveyor - LIFT frameworks - Bedfordshire An unrivalled career opportunity has arisen in the Bedfordshire region. A Quantity Surveyor is required the new division which is being constructed by my client, a large main contractor. Remuneration: - Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience with benefits including: - Company car/Allowance - Pension - Private healthcare - Support with professional qualifications - 25 days holiday You will be the sole surveyor initially and so expected to be comfortable handling projects on your own. Initially it will be based around a team consisting of the commercial manager, estimator, site agent, planner and you the Quantity Surveyor. This team is expected to grow exponentially within the coming year leaving the opportunity for fantastic career progression.
