| Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Quantity Surveyor - Small Works
An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor is required to join a prestigious and well known Main Contractor based in the Hertfordshire / Enfield area to work on a series of small works projects
Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor:
£30,000 - £37,000 per annum plus benefits

Location:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based in Hertfordshire and travelling to sites in and around Notting Hill, Hyde Park and West London area.
All sites the Quantity Surveyor will be expected to work on are within commuting distance and the successful Quantity Surveyor will be reimbursed for travelling costs

Established in the early 1900's my client has grown from strength to strength and has recently taken on a number of new projects including school extensions and social housing
As the successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a range of projects valued from £250,000 - £5million which consist of new build, refurbs and extensions.
My client is willing to support any Quantity Surveyor who would like to pursue their RICS/APC, BSc, HND or any other qualification they wish to study/train for.
This role if an office based position and you will be required to travel to site when required. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on 2 or 3 projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
Ideally more than 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Main Contractor background
Building project experience (new build or refurb or design and build etc)
