	Estimator/Senior Estimator - New Build/Refurbishment Projects - £10million to £1billion Location: South West London - Merton Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Pension Scheme BUPA Health care Bonus Scheme Car or Car allowance The client: My client is a growing organisation that undertakes a variety of construction projects ranging from refurbishment to new build in the central London area. Although they are based in executive office in south west London 90% of their projects are in central London with all remaining jobs within the outer London area. They are a well established contractor and have how been handling multiple projects worth in the region of £10 million - £1 billion and a growth 110% in the last 3 years. The job: Due to this rapid expansion my client urgently requires a Senior Estimator to take over a number of projects and develop there own teams to meet clientele demands working closely with the board to try and push the business forward. Requirements: - Contractor background - At least 5 years experience as an estimator - Experience on refurbishment with projects on a similar size - A qualification in construction is highly desirable Synopsis: This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to further develop their career with a rapidly growing company with excellent internal promotion.
