	Experienced Estimator for Contractor - For Multiple Projects Location: London (Greater) Remuneration: Up to £40,000 per annum Pension Scheme BUPA Health care Bonus Scheme Car or Car allowance The client: My client is a growing contractor that undertake mainly refurbishment projects within the central London area. Although they are based in South west London approximately 90% of their projects are in central London with all remaining jobs within the London area. They are a well established contractor and have how been handling multiple projects worth in the region of £50k - £500k and have a stable but growing annual turn over. The job: Due to the Senior Estimator retiring in the next year they require an experienced Estimator to come in and take over his position. You will be for a few months under his supervision while learning about the organisation and the ways in which they operate. After this period you will be taking over as the Senior Estimator and working closely with the board to try and push the business forward. Requirements: -Contractor background -At least 5 years experience as an estimator -Experience on refurbishment with projects on a similar size -A qualification in construction is highly desirable Synopsis: This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to further develop their career with a rapidly growing company.
