| Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Surveyor
One of my top clients urgently requires a Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Surveyor, offering a realistic opportunity to progress to directorship.
Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

The Opportunity:
My client's flexibility allows them to tailor the service they offer to their clients specific needs, whether operating as a general contractor or alongside prime contractors, construction managers and management contractors. The companies' projected turnover for this year is £60 million.
Due to steady growth my client is in need of a Quantity Surveyor to come on board and take control of 1 project worth up to £7m. As the successful Quantity Surveyor you will be working on projects that range from offices, hotels and schools to underground stations, public buildings and retail developments.
Due to the amount of work my client is looking to an assistant/intermediate quantity surveyor to join their existing team at Brentford.
Skills/Background:
BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying essential
3 years or more quantity surveying experience
Contractor background
Building experience essential
Synopsis:
This is an ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor to take control of a number of prestigious and technically challenging projects. My Client also has a culture of promoting from within and this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress onto directorship
