| Senior Quantity Surveyor - London city
My client traces its origins back to a professional practice that was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1995. Due to the company growth there is an exiting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London City. This is an ideal role for a senior quantity surveyor who is looking to become a Associate Quantity Surveyor/Partner for the business in the next 12-18 months

The Company and Role:
My client traces its origins back to a professional practice that was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1995. Since then, they have provided project management, cost management and architectural services on construction related projects throughout the UK. More recently, through their involvement in partnering within the public sector, they have developed service expertise and authority in facilities management.
Due to the company growth there is an exiting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London City. This requires you to have excellent client facing skills as you will be given the opportunity to help with business development.
This opportunity offers the chance to work across a wide variety of sectors, including new build, conversions, refurbishment, and fitting out for all types of development.
Types of projects you will work on nationwide include retail, leisure, commercial, residential, and public sector. Current projects include a £350m mixed development and a £120m development.
Requirements:
Ideally 5 years plus Quantity Surveying experience in the UK
Consultancy / PQS experience is essential
Building project experience preferred
Chartered essential
Synopsis:
This is an ideal role for a senior quantity surveyor who is looking to become a Associate/Partner for the business in the next 12-18 months.
