| Quantity Surveyor - Central London
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based at Central London. The successful candidate will be required to take on the role as a Quantity Surveyor, whilst also helping to assist a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage 3/4 juniors.
Location:
Central London.
Remuneration:
Annual Salary - £30,000-£40,000, negotiable dependant on experience.

Job Role:
The job itself is to work on a joint venture, covering roads and street lighting contracts, with the projects value totaling over £5m. The role is based to work near Westminster and the successful candidate will take on the position employed as a Quantity Surveyor, while assisting a Senior Quantity Surveyor and aiding the management of 3/4 junior Quantity Surveyors.
Skill / Background Requirements:
4 years plus of Quantity Surveying experience
Contractor background
Previous experience of Civils essential
This job would be ideal for a Quantity Surveyor from a Contractor background, who is looking to consolidate their position within an internationally established construction company. The opportunity will also allow the successful candidate to take on extended levels of job responsibility.
