My client are an independent construction consultancy company, formed in 1970, specialising in providing expert, informed and innovative advice on all types of construction projects, with a strong client focus. They have an office of 18 staff that covers the following services.
Cost Consultancy (inc. M&E)
Contract Administration & Employers' Agent
Project Management
Building Consultancy (inc. BREEAM)
Planning Supervision
Personal
They have good client relationships and due to an expansion of workload they need a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in London city with client visits in London.
Their projects include:
Offices
Private Housing
Office Development
Private Housing,
Social Housing
Retail
Leisure
Industrial
Education
Health
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on all the projects above and are worth from £500k to £60m.
Requirements:
+ Ideally of 6 years experience as a quantity surveyor in the UK
+ Ideally MRICS qualified
+ PQS/Consultancy background
+ Client facing skills
+ Ability to run projects from start to finish
