| Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - West London - Up to £50,000
My client requires a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on projects in the West London area. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working mainly on social housing projects.
Remuneration:
Up to £50,000 per annum depending on Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
Company car / car allowance

Location: West London
My client is a strong contender in the list of the 'Top 100 Contractors & House Builders', a facilities management group providing property services throughout the UK and looking to recruit two Project Quantity Surveyors / Senior Quantity Surveyors based on a £22m contract over 18 months.
They are looking for either a Project Quantity Surveyor with approximately 5 years experience at senior level, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on mainly social housing projects valued to £100million in and round the West London area.
Key Skills
My client is very flexible on experience as long as the Quantity Surveyor has the following:
Social housing experience
Ideally 5+ years quantity surveying experience
Main contractor / PQS / Consultancy background
Construction or Residential background
