| Senior Commercial Manager
Location - Central London
***Opportunity to become a director within 6 months***
Remuneration:
£75,000 - £80,000per annum plus the following benefits:
" Choice of a company car or a car allowance
" Pension contribution scheme (5%)
* Performance related Bonus (up to 20% of basic)
" Critical illness cover
" Payment of Professional Membership fees
Company:
Our client is one of the largest project and cost management consultancies in the world. They employ over 2000 staff, and have a turnover far in excess of £100million.
They have a multi-disciplinary approach, and cover a diverse range of sectors including transport, utilities and property. Our client has a reputation for providing outstanding levels of customer service, through from initial conception to completion.
Project:
The project is a £1.2 billion contract on station modernisation on the London Underground. This include refurbishment of 147 stations which has at least another 5 years to run.
The Job:
My client needs a Senior Commercial Manager which will have an important part of overseeing the whole project and reporting to the board of directors. This role is based in central London and is a key project for the whole of the company.
Background:
Solid Commercial Managerial experience (Ideally 10 years +)
Major Project experience - £100m+
Rail experience (mixed industry background preferred)
MRICS qualified
Preferably MinstcE
Preferably joint venture/framework experience
The role will pay out a very good bonus based on the profit/loss of the project which this role will have a major influence on. There is a serious promotion prospect of directorship in six to twelve months.
If you are Commercial Manager with large project experience this is a rare opportunity to work on an important part of the redevelopment of London Underground with the chance of directorship.
