With national and high profile Contract wins this hungry and successful company are at the forefront of the Construction Consultancy industry. Project values Vary and include wins in excess of £35 million, Apart from giving staff the opportunity to work on truly high profile projects, the business truly values its staff they will offer the M&E Quantity Surveyor the opportunity to develop their career and progress to associate level in this meritocracy environment. This is a new opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office and work on an impressive portfolio of projects. The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will be based from their office in Birmingham working on a multitude of profile projects. The Role - Building services Quantity Surveyor, M&E Quantity Surveyor, QS, M&E QS As a proven M&E Quantity Surveyor you will have a track record working on complex major Building Services Projects. You will possess a proven background working within M&E, with experience on both Pre and post contract projects where responsibilities include Monthly application, monitoring financial cash flow, collating M&E variations, managing subcontractor's accounts, preparing for final account, and completing surveys on full mechanical and electrical aspects of new build projects including Pipe work, HAVC systems and Ductwork along with Small power, lighting and BMS systems, to join the team in the role as an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office based team. To join this company as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
