Due to an influx of work they are now recruiting for an Estimating Manager. The successful Estimating Manager will take responsibility for the department including production of detailed cost plans and full build estimates on various Social housing and Private development projects ranging from small new build project to complete Estate Regeneration schemes. Preparation of bid settlement reports/presentations for submission to the board of management, Liaise and meet with clients and consultants and interpret their requirements accurately, Work closely with commercial, planning and development staff in the preparation of both negotiated and competitive bids, Gain an understanding of the contract documents to enable the passing on of obligations to the service departments, Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable on new and innovative building techniques and developments.
