	Senior Quantity Surveyor ~ M+E~ Hampshire The role: As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on range of M&E contracts from the Hampshire office The special projects team has a turnover of £20m-£25m and work on a range of contracts including local authority, social housing, luxury apartments, education and pharmaceutical. The range of projects average at a value of £2m per contract. The role involves working on prestigious projects within the mechanical & electrical sector with a contractor that has a guaranteed project work load and full order books So, what are they looking for? - The ideal candidate will be a quantity surveyor with a minimum of 5 years commercial experience - A degree or HND qualification would be an advantage but is not essential - M&E experience is required for the position The client: Our client is one of the UK's most experienced independent specialist mechanical and electrical multi-service contracting companies. They offer a fully integrated solution for engineering, designing, building, installing and commissioning high-quality mechanical and electrical systems.
