	A well established and vibrant organisation specialising in major collaborative regeneration and new build schemes, as well as specialist roofing contracts is currently looking to expand its commercial team to include a Senior Estimator. They are looking to fill this role asap and the ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry, ideally with Social housing experience (but this is not essential). You will be expected to deal with traditional tenders and some frame work agreements for projects ranging from £2million - £15million in value.
