They are an innovative, proactive company who are flexible enough to undertake all types of projects, from main contracting through to multi-trade/package contracting. Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience in main contract or fit out surveying. They should possess an ability to manage some or all commercial interests in one of our projects, including, where necessary, the delegation of tasks to an assistant surveyor, whilst retaining responsibility. These interests will include subcontractor and supplier procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts, budgeting and cost reporting, and contractual administration.
