| Construction Site Manager. Bristol £35,000 - £38,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus My Client is the UK's leading specialist provider of fast-track healthcare facilities. Using the latest techniques in off-site construction we are able to deliver complex projects within tight timescales and often in very congested areas and restricted locations. Projects range between £1 million and £10 million. Their projects are all of a technically complex nature and are dedicated to various NHS Trusts and Educational organisations throughout the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to Work out of their Bristol Office. As the successful candidate You will be responsible for the day to day site management, and working with their experienced Project Management team you will ensure successful delivery of bespoke design and build modular building projects. You will be involved from the production stage, manage all on-site works and sub-contractors, and see the project through to successful handover to the client. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will be the front-line liaison with the Project Management team, the Clients and their representatives, and all sub-contractors. You will also have comprehensive understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and are expected to maintain the highest standards in site safety & environmental management, and commit to ongoing training to improve their skills in this area.
