| Senior Site Manager Middlesex up to £55k + Package ref U6559 A Oxford based regional contractor with superb offices, clean workable sites, a variety of projects, friendly management who can offer you progression within the next two years due to natural growth plans in the business is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the team . The Current project which is due to start just before Christmas is a state of the art £25m Leisure facility in Uxbridge, this is a 4 zone project with a large swimming pool, 2 x sports halls & 1 x exhibition centre, gym, management suite, 1000 car parking spaces, this will be a 2 year job and is within reasonable commute of Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe & Slough. This main contractor with a excellent name and reputation within the Oxfordshire, Berkshire remit. In 2009 - 2010 they are opening a new office; there will be more senior position available & growth which creates opportunity. This is a lively and exiting company who win work and are a tremendously profitable company with high profile projects. The site accommodation is second to none with brand new porter cabins, site secretary and high tech IT facilities on all sites with supportive management set in place We would like to see CV's that demonstrate the capability of talking £3m+ projects/Package that you as a number one have managed from start through to final handover.
