| M&E Quantity Surveyor Up to £65k + Package NB3111 We currently have a requirement for a M&E Quantity Surveyor to work on a large PFI Project In Central London. I am currently recruiting for the Bart's and London Hospital project. With an overall value in excess of £1 Billion this is the largest hospital PFI project in the UK to date. This is an excellent opportunity to get established within a large international main contractor gaining large project experience. As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial management of mechanical and electrical services for the contract / contracts in conjunction with the Contract/Project Engineers. Activities will include setting contract documentation, preparing post contract enquiries, financial and contractual control of Sub-Contractors accounts, preparing and agreeing schedules, assessment of contract variations and liaising with the client, main contractors, and other departments. In addition, the jobholder will issue contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims. The Successful candidate will have an ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or Quantity Surveying combined with previous experience within the M&E industry, as well as surveying experience If you require any further information please do not hesitate to get in touch.
