| Job Role
Opportunities exist in our clients Commercial Development, Corporate Real Estate, Leisure/Hotel and Education Sectors for dynamic Senior Project Managers. Specific project opportunities include a large West End commercial development, a Thames-side residential apartment complex, a corporate real estate property strategy commission, a 12,000 person capacity grandstand development, and a selection of 5 Star Hotel developments in London and the home counties together with two £multi-million urban regeneration schemes.

Responsibilities
Managing a broad range of projects, to achieve the best value for the client.
To create and develop the success of projects through a clear strategy and proactive commitment.
Responsibility for managing the client's expectations in a competitive environment.
Developing ever-stronger client relationships.
To take a key role in delivering project team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
To oversee the complete management of projects.
To plan, control and deliver projects to a successful conclusion.
To create a team environment in which everyone is committed to producing a quality outcome.
To gain the confidence of the client.
Remuneration
Salary will be up to £60,000 (depending on experience). In addition to this the package will offer £5,000 car allowance, yearly bonus, pension (5.6% employee contributions, 9.4% company contributions), 27 days holiday per annum, plus association subscriptions.
