| This award winning company, established in 1980's, is located in new open plan offices, near multi-storey car park and town centre. The successful applicant(s) will join a lively team in designing and delivering a wide variety of projects, including urban design, residential, and commercial. You would be required to be part of a team and be able to hit the ground running. We are very focused on our design quality and offer a competitive salary, with excellent benefits and the opportunity for career advancement. Requirements: * Ideally 4 to 5 years experience working on large scale projects. * Skilled detailer; good team working; methodical; organized; * VectorWorks preferred but NOT essential; * Self-motivated and willing to work with sole responsibility; * Site management skills. Preferred skills: * Knowledge of UK Building regulations would be a bonus; * Varied knowledge of architecture and sustainability issues.
