| Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based from Swanley, visiting sites across London.

Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor
>Up to £58,000 per annum depending on experience

The Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on various construction projects ranging in value between £1million and £10 million. My client typically has a wide range of interesting projects, for example a prestigious park involving different leisure facilities such as a pool ,skate park and pavilion, and they have also recently finished a project on a Gorilla enclosure at a Zoo! Other work can be in various sectors such as education, health, commercial, leisure, housing (private and social housing), and historic buildings.
The Client
My client is an established main contractor, who have been operating for well over 50 years. They focus heavily on professional development, and have a very low staff turnover. Being part of one of the worlds largest building groups, they are renowned with employees for still maintaining the feel of a regional contractor.
Requirements
>Ideally 8+ years quantity surveying experience
>A BSc or equivalent qualification is desirable
>A strong construction background with a main contractor
Synopsis
This is an excellent opportunity for Senior quantity surveyor who is looking for the opportunity to gain more autonomy and responsibility, in a challenging environment. This position is also ideal for a candidate who would like to gain promotion to commercial manager in a short space of time.
